The Deluxe Athletic Package contains both 12" and 20" #2 Super Mini, #3 Small, and #4 Medium bands. This package was designed to give the user a host of different resistances. The difference between 41" bands and 12" bands are night and day. They are less than half the length giving the bands completely different properties and stretching capabilities.
