The Deluxe Assisted Pull-up Package is yet another Iron Woody Package that was made by the customers. Some people need more help than others in the beginning. We recommend this package for anyone who weighs over 250lbs and needs the #6 Extra Large Band to help assist pull ups in their training. The #6 Extra Large Band offers a tremendous amount of support for those who need it. As with the other Pull-up Packages make sure to start with the largest band and work your way down till you no longer need the assistance.
