In the beginning there were the 41" bands. Years later after requests for smaller bands Iron Woody made the first 20" fitness bands. The 20" Super Mini offers low resistance in the 20" variety of bands. These bands are great for low movement exercises such as hanging dead lifts, half squats, and half bench presses.
