The Standard Push-up Package is a relatively new package. There was a demand for a package that had a little less resistance than the Assisted Pull-up Package. At Iron Woody we remedied the situation by producing a whole new line of Push-up Packages. The Standard offers the least resistance of the Push-up Packages, and is one of our best selling packages.
