Iron Woody Return Merchandise Policy

1. With the exception of a broken band or other defective product, we will accept returns on bands only if the packages are unopened.  Products must be returned in like-new condition for resale.  The products original packaging must be intact when we receive it.  We do not accept returns on "tried on" articles from the clothing line.
2. Shipping costs for the return are at buyer’s expense.  We will not refund return shipping cost or shipping costs for original order.
3. A request for merchandise return, exchange, or issues with merchandise received must be made within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please complete the form below.
4. Returns must be received within 7 working days from date of authorizing e-mail, no exceptions. The return address will be provided to you with the return authorization.
5. Products returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects or warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
6. Upon receipt of your return, Iron Woody LLC will complete refund through PayPal.
7. If your return is damaged in transit or we are unable to resell the product as new, the buyer will not receive full credit for item(s) purchased. We strongly suggest you insure your return packages, and make sure the product is safely protected and padded.
