The Power Package is one of our newest band packages. This band package has everything you need to start a new workout regiment. Also it’s a great package if you’re looking for bands that can do it all. Whether you’re performing single hand shoulder raises with a #1 Mini Band, or a heavy band squat with a #5 Large Band, this package has you covered. This package is very similar to our Master’s Package. We suggest an upgrade to a Master’s Package if you’re interested in using bands on both sides of a barbell (i.e. squatting or benching).
